Courseware Assurance

The Courseware Assurance Program is available to all Velsoft and adjunct site customers, past and present. The program allows our customers to purchase a product update and warranty service for a monthly fee. Participation are entitles the participant to at least one new Courseware title per month for our library. So, as our library grows, yours can to.

Our subscribers of Courseware Assurance have access to their individualized Courseware download extranet area. They can access their previously purchased courses 24 hours a day, in real time, to re-load or to have a new replacement DVD shipped direct via FedEx overnight. If they experience a computer data loss or CD/DVD damage, they can be reassured their purchases will still be available online.

Courseware Assurance subscribers are provided all updates, revisions and additions for every course they have previously purchased.

Courseware Assurance subscribers are provided with full technical support and customer service for the life of their subscription at no extra cost. Non-subscribers are only provided a 30 day support agreement and would have to pay a service fee for support via the phone or email.

Active Courseware Assurance subscribers receive two new courses each month. Plus, subscribers can vote on the next course to be developed. The course which has the largest amount of votes will be produced for future release.

You don't ever have to worry about your training materials ever again! Subscribers may choose to pay monthly via direct credit card debit at $166.25 per month or pay for the full year at once. Subscribers may choose to cancel any time, with 30 days written notice, after the initial twelve months.
