The second day focuses on putting brand management into practice through customer touchpoints, using evaluation tools (like SWOT analysis and the balanced scorecard), and keeping the brand updated. When finished, students will be able to not only create, but also live and sustain a strong branding identity.

This course is also available in an eLearning format so the opportunity to offer blended learning is available to instructors.
